This module base on module Helpdesk Management from OCA
User can set helpdesk ticket auto close by stage.

Features

How to configure

On helpdesk ticket form > tab Other Information, set Closed Date and Closed Stage

Scheduler "[Helpdesk] Close helpdesk ticket automatically" will check helpdesk ticket daily. If ticket is not closed and Closed Date and Closed Stage is set, ticket will be closed automatically.
